Rehabilitation Fitness

Rehabilitation fitness, or, translated directly from the English term, physical therapy, is a combination of various methods, elements drawn from different sports, and movements that are entirely physiological and natural for the body, all tailored to the therapeutic characteristics of each patient and the specifics of a given health problem. The role of physical therapists is to take part not only in treating sports injuries but also in preventing them. Our team works on restoring the body's optimal function. We also help to improve the athletic performance of people of all ages. We strive to maintain a high standard of professional and ethical practice. Our goal is to support a successful recovery and return to sport. Not starting from scratch, but building on the level already achieved.

The methods used at Medical center "KINETIKA" include:

  • Fitball or gymball therapy - exercises using large inflatable balls, with a wide range of applications.
  • Exercises with elastic bands (resistance band therapy)
  • Exercises with kettlebells, dumbbells and medicine balls
  • Restorative (recovery-focused) exercises
  • Pilates reformer exercises
  • Rehabilitation of athletes
