Ergon Technique

Ergon Technique

This is an innovative therapeutic approach to the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, combining specific static and dynamic manipulations of the body's soft tissues with the use of specialised clinical equipment - stainless steel instruments (Ergon tools).

The Ergon technique is based on the theory of myofascial meridians, according to which all of the structures that make up the musculoskeletal system are viewed as a single system rather than as separate elements.

The techniques are applied to specific points of tissue restriction and fascial adhesion along the fascial meridians. These are corrected, thereby restoring the function of the underlying tissues and, through them, of the entire functional complex.
